No rewards in vault other than S2 441 ilv item HELP

Opened vault and only have one reward for dungeons at 441 ilv saying it’s a Season 2 item…

i had all three awakened raid bosses ticked as i cleared the raid and multiple dungeon rewards too as i had done mythics, all rewards options should have been over 500 ilv.
if you can look at my logs you will see the content i done last week.

Blizzard have responded to my ticket saying there is no solution and that they can see i have completed the content but not reiceved the rewards. i have tried the re-logging thing!

I don’t think the Forum would know better than Blizzard who already answered you…

The problem is that Blizzard CS do not have the power to do or change anything these days, it has to be considered a bug and make it upstream to where the bug is found and fixed, you unfortunately have nothing you can do about it because Blizzard decided to remove powers from GM’s.

If you were famous like Asmongold, that’d be the only way to get it fixed because a developer would see it and step in personally.

Is it possible you still have an unopened vault from season 2? The game won’t let you open any new ones until you pick the old vault.

You forgot about your last vault probably and didn’t loot it. I’ve done it before.

This. OP take your pick on the vault. You will find you got another to open afterwards.
