I can see no sign of the classic replica lvl 60 gear on any vendors in the game for transmog.
After having a thorough search on websites & in-game I have found that apparently from patch 4.3 the transmoggable ranking gear from vanilla was placed on to the various goblin vendors in Area 52 which should be purchaseable to players with the appropriate feat of strength achievement corresponding to the rank that they achieved during the ranking days.
Please put these back into the game so we can relive our lockdown no-life days!
