No soul ash reduction legendary cost?

Greetings,

I upgraded my elemental earthquake legendary on my shaman from 190-235 but I had to pay the full amount soul ash cost even though I already had the 190 ilvl legendary version. My question is if this intended? Because I remember there being a reduction cost on upgrading your legendary item depending on what version you already had and what u wanted to upgrade it to.

Any help regarding this matter would be appreciated.

And how much soul ash did you pay to get it from 190 to 235? (Rank 1->4)

Jesus my bad, I just noticed that I was wrong, it was the correct amount which was 3.900 soul ash from 190 to 235, I mixed it up with 190 to 225. The case is fixed, sorry for waisting your time like this :sweat_smile:
