I can not get any sound from wow except form text to speech. Anyone else had this problem and found how to resolve this?
My options for output Device in WOW is System Default and NoSound Driver. I guess I have to add that i have tried restarts, different configs but cant find any solution and my google skills did not help eighter.

If I am not mistaken your audio card is an external USB device, if so would you mind trying to simply plug it in a different USB port and restart your pc?
After this just to be on the safe side please also delete or rename the file config.wtf available in the WTF folder under the game installation.
It’s a bit of a shot in the dark, but I have seen similar issues - albeit with a different model of sound card - resolved with a simple usb port switch so… worth trying 
Additionally, please also make sure there are no other applications running that may have exclusive access to the sound device, or disable the exclusive mode options for it under the advanced tab of the device properties in Windows.
Dont know what resolved the issue, but I opened the software for the soundcard and did some changes that should not matter (changing equalizer…) and now I can select any of my sound devices in wow.
