Then click on " I would like to request a refund on an order not shown"
And wait. (it can thake some time…)
After that type the description (be polite) and submit.
Type something like : like to be compensated for my purchase because …
It wil thake some time… but hey with offline servers and ques of 3 hours you got plenty of time

well I’ve used the Boost… Can’t get past their automated S"!%!#Show… Imagine me playing my paying customers like this… I would be out of business within a day lol…

Already asked for refund.
Funny enough I went from 2k+ in queue to be able log on after I asked for a refund

Why refund do chargeback … its hurt much more …
Same thing, after sending refund ticket i’m able to play. While all my friends are still in queue
Why would they give you free time for you choosing to play on an overpopulated bunch of servers?
It’s their fault for allowing a server to hit capacity to the point of not working when all players are on…
No one wants to play on a dead realm but they only offer migrations to dead/dying realms so no one ever takes them up on it…they know this but can play the “well we offered you a free move”…
Its not overpopulation, people simply cannot login. They have acknowledged there is an issue.
