Doesn’t seem to be an option to have tentacles in the hair of void elves at all anymore at character creation, when was this removed? I know there used to be a toggle for tentacles.
Too bad as I might have used them.
The character creation phase seems bugged right now. Did you try to visit a barber shop after you created your char? Tentacles are still an option in the barber shops with a click down there.

It depends upon which hairstyle option you select. The toggle is only there for a few hairstyles.
