No Timewalking Dungeon Quest in Dornogal

The x5 Timewalking Dungeon quest from Archivist Frithrun isn’t there on my rogue. I can pick it up on every other 80 I have but just not that one character (a friend even tried sharing and it says “ineligible”).

I’ve already spoken to a GM and they said there are no known issues regarding this quest and I should report it as a bug.

I would still like to have the quest, has anyone experienced something similar to this and know what I can do? Maybe I’m missing a prerequisite? Thanks

This week its TBC week, i got into tbc and gained the quest, then when doing 5 dungeon i am looking at her and no quest is there. Abandoning the quest doesnt show it there either. Now i do wonder, is it cuz the story quest isnt progressed there? I accidently didnt skip in Dalaran so they are waiting for me at the beach…
