Hey there,
when I opened my Mythic 13 chest yesterday, I did not receive the 1970 Titan Residuum. Everything else was delivered (470 item, Keystone, Echoes, Azerite), but I never received my TR. I had 3359 before opening the chest - the same amount I still have now. Wanted to get myself another 475 iLvl piece which I obviously cannot do now. I am not even scrapping Azerite gear atm so I will not get told that I received some TR.
I tried every possible solution I found in the forum or on the support page (relogging, waiting 24h, trying to reopen the chest), but nothing worked.

Can I please get my TR? I worked an insane amount to get that much…
Have you made a ticket to support? They’ll have to investigate. It can’t be done from the forums.

Yes, I opened one immediately after it happened, but because of “estimated answer time 5 days” I wanted to try it here too. I opened exactly that ticket though…

Sadly the waiting times are a bit longer than usual at the moment but, so long as it’s in their logs, it should be a fairly simple thing to do once they get to it.

Had the same issues with echoes, i farmed so much in the start of the patch ( Atleast the start when we got buyable corruptions ) and it all vanished, ended up just going with what RNG gave me because i couldn’t be arsed
Opening a ticket about it didnt work, so i just got robbed for my echoes
Still wondering what is causing this

Yeah, I am sadly kinda expecting to be told that they canot do anything about it, even though I literally did nothing wrong…I reached a point where only the vendor, a weekly 15 chest or Nyalotha Mythic can give me something I need, so when one of those things does not work without any reason, I obviously get very upset
I quit 3 times during this patch
2 was because of the bs design of vision, 1 was because of this bug driving me up the wall
Why did i come back? Gold farming for shadowlands! 
atleast my bloody gold doesn’t vanish into thin air
