stop making everything about the 0.5% top players, the game should never be about them but where most ppl are - at an average skill level and itâs a fact that arms, assa, havoc and unholy are still busted there

So you think itâs better to listen to the players that arenât sure how things work/know how to play vs the top players? they unfortunately(Or fortunately) know the game better than the rest of us, so why should Blizzard balance around the lower ratings, where itâs a skill issue and can be improved upon, compared to by the top where they know how to take advantage of things, and admit X or Y?

Maybe then with such a mentality the whole PvP community should have shut the front door about Destro in 8.3 with easy oneshots? Or Demo in 9.2, or MM in 9.1-9.2.5?
The top 0.5% is mostly people who can spend 24/7 in WoW and most of them are influencers for whom wow is a job. Rest - the normal player base is just a human beings, who just want to play the game and have fun.
Most of the 0.5% is DPS Gypsies who jump from class to class whenever some class/spec got overtuned.

This is why random people on forum cannot be trusted and most of the time shouldnât be listened to when it comes to balancing classes.
One overtuned and broken spec against the another. There is not valid nuances why one or another was or is broken, they just broken.

Arms is not overtuned nor broken. You can check xuna or other sites that parse the arena api for ratings above 2.4, top100 if you may. Many warriors there right? Destro in bfa was not fun to play against and very broken in comparison.
Need a rating only arena like AJ had back in the day. So people with actual rating/exp can post and have a decent discussion
You canât simply only balance classes around the best players in the world with voice communication.

Warriors having trouble against top players only means they need adjustments in other ways.
But warriors are not broken. I donât know what you are on about. You can easly check stats on many sites and there are not many warriors past 2.4. Like its arguing with a wall. Post on main btw.
There is a huge problem with this method of balancing.
If warrior is strong vs noobs, because they donât kite / press defs right / kill warrior because we have only 1 mediocre def.
But is weak at top level, because is easily countered by a lot of other specs when played VERY WELL.
Now if you further nerf Warrior:
It becomes Mediocre at low level plays.
And completely useless against top players.
Why are you not complaining about specs that have no counterplay even at top level, the same specs which dominate AWC / Ladder top, and are also mega strong against noobs.

You mean like yourself? In same post, you admit that the top warriors have trouble competing among their peers ( A lot even playing Alts instead during AWC)
So why do they need tuning, because the lower bracket that dont know how to trade CDs or play the game in general struggle?
Nerfing something that struggles on the high end of arenas, because the lower end doesnât wanna improve, is such a backwards way of doing things.
