No Trade chat

Okay, I’m going to ask on here to see if anyone can shed some light on this. I’ve already contacted Blizzard Support multiple times and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

My Trade chat has disappeared. There is absolutely no trade chat whatsoever. The strange thing is, I can still write in Trade I just can’t see anything anyone else is writing.

These are the things that I’ve tried:

  1. /join trade also /leave trade and then /join
  2. /resetchat
  3. System > Reset User Options
  4. Instead of deleting the config.wtf file in the WTF folder, edited with settings that are saved SET synchronizeConfig “0” etc then ran the 5 commands for console
  5. Deleted my interface, WTF and cache folders
  6. Uninstalled, ran a cleanup utilities program (even though my computer is brand new) and reinstalled

The funny thing is, on every single one of my other characters on the same server have trade chat - just not Armor.

Please help, I want my Trade spam back!
