Apparently it's coming in 8.1, but I don't have the sources. Currently it's unobtainable.

Sorry for the late answer but only saw the thread now, the answer you got is not correct: with 75 rbg wins, no matter in what season, you get a vicious saddle, that's currently the only way, so you'd need to get 75 wins on several chars to get many saddles.
However like he said, blizzard is looking to introduce new ways for saddles in 8.1, let's hope, there's like a month missing, I've been looking for more specific info myself, but looks like it's still too early to know.
