Since 10.2 arrived I’ve noticed that I frequently only have 1/2 of a vigor point when I log in. Is this an intended change, a bug… or just something that I’ve just not noticed before?
It’s a bug that they said they had fixed but seems it still happens. That being said it’s just a visual bug, if you dismount and re-mount you should see the vigor correctly.

It happens all the time, but mostly when you log back in already mounted up.
So the bug that was fixed was related to vigor resetting on relogging while mounted.
What’s likely happening in your case is that you logged out with little to no vigor, which is currently not regenerating while logged out.
Some improvements to this should be coming in 10.2.5 though!
