My ex remix void elf mage can’t do the Heritage Quest because there doesn’t seem to be a void portal in Legion Dalaran. This seems to be a bug.
You can use the harbinger quest to get aleria to open a portal to telogrus rift! then u can set ur hearthstone there aswell
Another update: the portals are just behind Stormwind Embassy

The Harbinger quest (and maybe the War Within quest? I’m not quite sure) is messing with phases in Legion Dalaran, and maybe elsewhere. I just took a Remix character out and really needed to finish that before I could get anything sensible done, including starting BfA to get transport between KT and Zandalar.
