No way to kick in dungeons

Today I was running some bfa dungeons to help get me to level 50 and to Shadowlands.

Atal’Dazar came up and I started to run it, most of the group were great apart from this one guy who was purposely ninja pulling just to wipe us, he wasn’t following tactics and was just being a pest. We all asked him to stop and he relied “what you gonna do you can’t kick me”. The tank then whispered me saying he was gonna kick him… A few seconds went by and no kick request appeared and he then said to me its greyed out can I try… I tried to kick him and it was greyed.

So we all left. Now this hasn’t happened again thankfully and I managed to get to 50. But I have to ask has anyone else noticed the vote to kick is greyed out and is there a new way to kick troublesome players.

Kicking seems to be broken or something. We couldn’t kick dead afkers in LFR earlier either.

There is cooldwon on start like 3 Min i believe after that you should be free to kick.

This was way past the 3 minute mark. But thank you for the suggestion. Maybe it bugged like the comment above said.

And this’s why wow’s dead blizzard won’t stop surporting cyber bullying

First of all if you hadn’t reported them by this point then this was when you 100% should have as they just admitted they’re griefing.

Also it’s a known thing that you can’t kick people who are in combat. The solution is to kick right after a wipe.

I think there should be another check mark.

Like posting food pictures like a 60 year old on Facebook.

Also having this issue so it’s brilliant when the tanks afk in the dungeon.

It’s not just happening when players are in combat. You can’t kick people right now, period.

Ask him what he is doing. Healer should not heal him and tank should do his job as should everyone else. Temporarily ignoring the banana might wake them up. Kick is abused. Talk. Think. Evaluate. Action.

We saw a few comments about not being able to kick, I would file a bug report, sounds like something is broken.

We definitely shouldn’t have to go back to the dark days of being stuck with bad behaviour.

tried doing a dungeon with my dk alt tanked, but a dps vent offline. i didnt sit there with a stopwatch, but safe to say 5-10 minutes and we were not alllowed to kick…

Result i just left the dungen, it was doable but why spend like 2 minutes a pack when there is no need to.

I hope this dosnt become a trend, to sign for dungens and go afk/offline… ><

Manually typing in /votekick Playername seems to function as a workaround for now

Confirming that this worked in a random leveling dungeon. Pulled up the familiar old votekick interface and it worked fine.
