No way to show HP % over target?

Hi there,
was wondering if there is anything in the game settings that would allow me to display HP% over my ennemies name? Tried the one in Menu->Interface->Display->StatusText->Both but doesn’t work, not showing over my ennemies as well.

Or am I constrained to using addons?

Enable Nameplates (v by default). Recommend grabbing Plater.

Thanks for the suggestion, just found the perfect solution with a weak aura that keeps everything as default nameplate but with HP% as an addition
