Idk if it’s a big secret but this item from a lvl 35 quest still works in SL and gives you +9 to all stats for an hour, it replaces a flask so you most likely won’t use it in raid since the actual flask gives 70 in your main stat but to do mythics, heroics or simply questing around it’s a nice boost.

Oh yeah I still have this on my paladin, I used it in BFA and Legion too.

There’s also a flask thing from Legion I think, it gives 8 stats… Weird balance that.

There was similar item in a cave on Timeless Isle (the cave with blue fire and spirits) but i don’t know if it works to this day and if yes how does it scale 
You can loot it from those blue shinies scattered everywhere

EDIT: It gives 8 stats on my level 50 character, so probably scales down… Or up?
8 stats, but 12 stam.
If you have both the crystal and the focuser and you happen to die while one is on cooldown, you can still use the other, which I didn’t realise until recently

I use a Repurposed Fel Focuser from the Legionfall campaign instead, giving me 12 to all primary stats for 1 hour.
