I will say that healing is the one thing I never succeeded at myself.

I started a Druid once, specifically for learning to heal in BGs and dungeons. I just about made it to 60, at the time, which is like 30 now.

I did learn to hack the healing a bit. My main problem was NOT focusing on hostile mobs. As a DPS or a tank, my instanct was very strong to tab and do damage.

Parties, though … I gave up after a run in Stratholme with a suicidal tank who insisted on pulling as much as possible in all directions, causing multiple wipes. But that was only the last straw.

My best advice to you is to find some people you can party with, especially someone who tanks. If you can team up with a regular tank friend, and you know each other’s abilities, you will have it made. At max level, join a community like Scared of Dungeons (Alliance) Scared of Dungeons EU EN to group with a stable bunch of friendly people.
