I’m relatively new to shadowlands having played classic until a little way into Naxx. I enjoy the classic style of having a good group of friends playing together on discord. In terms of progression in retail, I’m 8/10 Heroic CN, have timed all dungeons to at least +5 and one at +8, and almost made a +10 in time with a random pug yesterday (1-2 mins slow). I’m still new and the affixes each week are always new to me so it sometimes takes me a little time to learn them.
I’m getting a little fed up with doing mythics with people who either don’t bother with boss/affix mechanics or interrupts, or quit half way through if things don’t go perfect. I much prefer to run mythics with others on discord for the social aspect and the ability to give/receive advice and better communicate during fights. Sometimes I can do this with my guild, but a lot of the time outside of raid nights there’s few people online.
I’m looking for a community I can join where I’ll be able to find people to run mythics with discord, in which I can work on completing all +10 timed alongside attempting higher keys for better GV rewards!
I’m also interested in a community or helping out a guild who kills SLG heroic on a Thursday or Saturday. This is because my guild kills them on Wednesday when I’m busy and then works on Sire progression the rest of the week. Sire progression is fun, but I need to complete and farm loot from SLG too (and I need 1 more head from Sludge next week!).
Is there a community out there for me?
