There are purple chests (1 per map zone, check your map) that require you to complete X ammount of world quests to unlock. Once unlocked, you do their corresponding quest (another world quest) and you get the chest. Each one contains 1 key. These chests are once per week, so you get 4 keys per week.
The other way is with key fragments - check your map again, there are world quests that give 25 fragments , 100 fragments = 1 key.

You can also get key fragments (Coffer Key Shards) by using the Radiant Echoes that drop from Delve chests and the purple chests. These can be used to access Worldsoul Memories (visible on your map) where you fight mobs and bosses to collect the key shards.

about the Worldsoul memories: they used to give keys as well, they have changed that? cause i did the one where u give the 5 radiant stuff and i just got shards.
Yeah those are keys. Click the shards and for every 100 you have you can convert them into a key.
