Hello. At beginning of WOTLK i boosted my paladin to 70. If i buy now " Northrend Heroic Upgrade" i have another lvl 70 boost ?
You can only buy one per Warcraft account.
then why can u rebuy the heroic version Rn even if u already have it?
You can try to buy it, but it will say that you have already bought it for that account. If I try to buy it, it just says “Good news! You already have access to this product.”

It’s always been the case. You have never been able to buy more than one boost for each expansion.
I think you might be confused by the fact that the buy option is still there, even though you bought it.
