Northrend questing (and reputation grinds) questions

I am one of the 0.01% of the playerbase that never touched WoW before 2019 . Because of that my wotlk knowledge is almost zero .
I’m also a completionist of sorts when it comes to questing and reputations . Doesn’t matter if the quest is grey , doesn’t matter if the reputation vendor gives nothing good for my class/spec , it’s a time sink i will gladly do . TLDR , Loremaster of Azeroth/Outland on 3 chars and this DK will be the 3rd .
So
1)To my surprise , i saw that Northrend has more than 1000quests ! . That’s a little less than Azeroth , but Northrend is like 60% the size of Kalimdor .
How streamlined is the the questing ? Azeroth is great and all but spending 1.5 hours flying from Feralas to Winterspring and from Winterspring to Tanaris , then repeat one more time for the Linken’s sword is not exactly … time well spent .
2)How many group and dungeon related quests are there?I know long attunement chains are no more . But . Even if Outland questing was much more streamlined than Azeroth , there were many quests that made absolutely no sense . Altruis sending you to kill the first boss of SL . Vargoth sending you to kill the first boss of Botanica . David Wayne sending you in 4 normal dungeons , so you can craft a demonbane weapon everyone vendors . And worst of all , the Mag’har questline sending you to loot a mirror at AC normal . At level 68-69 when you even outlevel the dungeon . Lols
3)Let’s say you have a max level alt you never intent to raid/pvp with . But you still want to grind the reputations of Northrend with that char . I saw that some (if not all) factions like Argent Crusade and the Knights of the Ebon blade have daily quests that give rep with the faction . Is this correct ?Doesn’t matter if we are talking about only 500-1000 rep per day , i want to know if i have that option and if this is gonna be a thing from phase 1

1. It’s really good I would say, hubs are always close and connect in some way
2. There’s some elite mobs for quests but I dunno if they’re really group quest required
3. I think dailies will be available from the first phase unless you mean every single daily then that I don’t think will be, since certain factions “appear” at different content patches I guess.

As an example with the questing, in Howling Fjord you get the quests for Utgard Keep after about 30 minutes of quests at the starting hub
