Hi, im not able to cancel my subscription, cuz this way " manage - cancel sub " --> give me some wrong link and error message, so i must every subscription cancel through ticket like this. Fix please
Hey Kujeb, how to cancel a subscription is shown here.
You may need to do that though from another web browser or device if you’re having issues loading the account management webpages.
If you try that and still can’t sort your subscription, you can ticket instead.
I try 3 different web browsers. When i want to cancel there is message :
Please contact Customer Support to update this information.

However I’m a bit confused as the link you’re being given to Customer Support when you try to cancel is to the US CS. Are you sure you’re on the right account when trying to cancel?
