‘’ Paladin seals will now persist on the Paladin for a very short time after they’re replaced by a different seal, so that “seal twisting” remains possible.’’
This was the official statement from patch notes
Currently only seal of righteousness and seal of command are persisting after replaced, will we expect a bug fix in the future to make all seals have the persistance?
I haven’t seen any beta where this is tested, but i’d assume no. As far as i can tell seal twisting was implemented to allow classic forever paladins continue there seal twisting, not to accomodate TBC paladins as well. With seal of blood and seal of the martyr on both sides you already have an extra mechanic that will increase pala dps by keeping up vengeance as a dot while having blood as your strike. However this will probably only be better dps on long(er) fights
In classic i could also use judgement of command and buff seal of justice at the same time so the judgement of command could also stun enemies. Stuff like this probably not working anymore?
