Why can we not have a option to decide what weapon loot we prefer 2h or 1h getting fed up of looting 2h weapons from mythic+ and weekly chests when i dont use 2h at all as frost… Very Very annoying

Best guess is their code doesn’t allow for sub-loot specs.
Maybe it’s not very intuitive but Blizzard could have made it so 1H DW is default for Frost, and if you want a 2H, just set loot spec to Unholy. They would need to update the UI somehow though to convey this info to the player. Maybe when you actually change specs, it should say somewhere that you need to set loot spec to Unholy if you want a 2H.
Pretty sure we get one entry about this every other month on this forum. Frost dks have been complaining about this since BFA.
Warriors have the same issue.
I think rogues have a similar issue with daggers and other 1h weapons.
Maybe one day they’ll fix it, though at this stage I think what would make more sense is to not have a DW spec for the class.
Honestly, it’s a very easy fix, especially for classes the classes you mentioned.
They just have to be very transperant that certain loot spec choices MEANS that you only get 1h or 2h respectively.
