Not getting achievement

Hello, in this patch you could get the BfA mythic season achievements when doing 10’s and 15 keys in time.

But it seems like I did not get it even though I have done all dungeons in time on 10 or better. It’s not only me that’s having this problem. Some of my friends and guildies have the same issue. So I made a ticket and the GM said it can be because I did the 10’s too long ago and the achievement don’t count it as completed. If this is the reason it should be fixed.

Here’s a summary of what the GM and I said:

  • Currently we are forwarding these reports to the developers. It may be a case where the earlier mythic + dungeons (in time and over level 10) were not retroactively counted. The developers are investigating this.

  • Unfortunately customer support are unable to confirm the progress to apply the achievement. You may need to wait for a developers fix. I encourage you to log a bug report through the ingame feature (accessed via the help button on the main menu) and through the forums at eu.battle.net\wow\en

do you have same achievements from legion?
edit: I saw the achievements. i finished all 10 in time. i must have achievement, but don’t have aswell. same situation.

Yep, and as i try to reach out to gm’s and devs to them to really look into this and fix it .

If you have all 10s done in time before 8.1, all you have to do is one run of a 10 or more and the achiev will pop.

It’s really poorly implemented, a GM told someone in my guild only runs from the last 3 weeks count. They couldn’t give him the achievement because they “had no proof” despite the runs showing up on his armoury lmao.

If it is like that its indeed poorly done, i will just try to the once i havent done for a while and see if i get it. If not, im making new ticket.
