So, just like many others, I’m cleaning up on little bits and bobs while waiting.
I decided to finish The Avowed rep, as I’m just about half way to exalted, and have 15 grand inquisitor’s sinstone fragments + 5k sinstone fragments waiting to be used.
I did a few “blue quality” stones, as I couldn’t buy the purple one with my 15 grand inquisitor’s sinstone fragments, so I thought it must be 20 of those pesky yellow things for a purple stone, but no??
I now have 26, still can’t buy one, and I’m very puzzled.
Granted I haven’t been here since just before Dragonflight, so what am I missing?
Should I be wearing something? Cloak, tabard, buff?
I only get offered green and blue sinstones.
