As title says, I’ve been killing various mobs my level for over an hour and haven’t gotten any Lovely Charms. I have the right ‘Lovely Charm Collectors Kit’ in my bag.
I even ran multiple dungeons and nothing.
How do I collect the Love is in the air charms?
I desperately need the mount for RP reasons.
What am I doing wrong or is there somewhere specific I need to go?

I’d strongly advise moving to the right sub-category of the World of Warcraft forums such as the “General Discussion” under the “Community” category or the “Customer Support” under the “Support” category.
These are realm forums for realm specific discussions 
They are roleplaying as a confused world of warcraft player.
