Not getting Soul ash from Torghast?

So I just completed layer 3 of Fracture Chambers and I did not receive the reward of like 300 soul ash? Is this a bug or an rng thing that blizz think were quirky?

It rewards soul ash only once per week, if you did it before this week you can’t get more soul ash from that wing.

Thats the second dungeon I already completed the first, I should get ash from both, right?

You have 2 wings, Fracture Chambers and Morg’ retar this week, each layers gives soul ash only once per week, so if you did Fracture Chambers layer 3 this week already, you won’t get more until next reset, so basically it is around 300 ash from each wing, meaning around 600 soul ash in total from both layers 3 (layer 3 gives equivalent of layer 1, layer 2, and layer 3 in one go)

Did you loot the final boss?

I just completed Mort’regar layer 3 and the only loot from end boss was some gold, no soul ash. Earlier I only completed Fractured Chambers layer 3 and got soul ash from it. Now I can queue again for Mort’regar as it shows it’s not completed but I even got the achievement for completing it…
I looted the last boss that was Goxul the Devourer and as I said there was only some gold.
Should I ticket for It? I don’t really want to spend another 30 min without knowing if I will be rewarded

does it say that it will reward soul ash in the ui box when you que for it?

Yes, It says 305 soul ash for layer 3 as if I didn’t complete it. The only proof that I’ve done it is the achievement, rest looks like nothing happened.

Yes, can confirm it. Just happened to me. No ash, just achievement.

Just had the same thing happening to me bit with fractured chambers and the abomination boss

Just happened to me too, i got a screen where I just killed the boss, looted him and got a legendary, 3gold and the achievement for layer 1

This is clearly a bug
I opened a ticket, we’ll see

Update: Had a reply from GM, saying if I were to relog, I should receive the soul ash straight to my currency. If it’s not there they won’t help. Also to submit a bug report …

A little update. Today I decided to do Mort’regar layer 3 again and this time final boss gave me 305 soul ash and legendary recipe. This time it was Maw of the Maw boss.
So I guess you have to redo the layer if you didn’t get soul ash the first time.
