Not getting the correct ilevel items from the vault

Im only getting ilevel 584 gear from the vault in the delve/world event slots even though I absolutely 100% did several tier 8 delves on my rogue. My dk got the correct items however.
I dont know how to open a ticket in game about it since the loot ticket asks me to list the item in question…
Please helpo.

I have the exact same issue, I hit 80 literally 4 days ago and did like 6-7 tier 8 delves as well as a mythic +2 and all I got in my vault was ONE ilvl 584 piece… Can’t find a way to contact support about this either.

Have the exact same issue. I did over ten Tier 8 delves this last reset, used all 12 of my coffer keys, have 12 radiant echoes in my inventory and not a single Delve item choice in my great vault. Pretty livid about it, opened a ticket.

Also did various other dungeons/raids etc. and only have a single 593 item to choose from in the whole vault.

Hi there,

So this will normally be due to looking at rewards from an earlier reset.

Just claim an available reward and then re-open the vault to proceed to the next week of rewards.

This was it for me! did not know you get vault items below level 80 so never checked.

Even worst for me this Wednesday morning reset, my character Droodix-Hyjal had only 1 choice for a 584 item in the Great Vault.

Yet, that character reached level 80 on 22 September and had completed 4 level 8 delves before reset (easy to check via character’s statistics). GM didn’t handle my in game request at all, directing me to the standard “boss loot problem”. What a waste of time and lack of consideration for customers.

This resolved it for me.

Please could you pass along to the devs that this is very confusing for players who don’t know how this works. There are no indicators to show that this was for a previous week’s rewards and that after making a selection, it will then show the next set of rewards.

There is some text at the bottom, but it’s very vague.

This is happening to me as well. Only done Tier 8’s yet it keeps saying Tier 1. Even after I’ve done even more Tier 8’s to get rid of it.

this is still happening, and its not due to more then one weeks reward, i did 8 level 8 bountiful delves last week and only got a lvl 1 reward in the 3rd slot, it never showed as upgraded no matter how often i logged in or out.
