Not getting the right item lvl in the Great Vault

Last week, I did only one mm+ dungeon and it was a +12. But in my weekly vault, I got a 515 hero 4/6 item instead of a 522 2/4 myth item. Is it normal ?

Old vault that you didnt open yet? Try to open the vault again.
