Arent we supposed to being able to get the weekly quest from the final boss that gives 500 badges per week?
It says that the Tw event stopped 5 am and started again at 5 am, so I assume we should be able to get the 500 each week?

Was wondering the same, trying to grind 30k badge from dungeons will be pure pain without a weekly badge quest!
They did nerf it so that your alts will get less for doing the weekly dungeon quest. The first time you do it you should still be getting the 500 badges
I wasnt able to take the quest from the last boss on my main, which I completed it with last week.

Sounds like a bug 
It’s probably counted as one big event.
Next week is TBC, so maybe these two weeks of classic count as one event.
Thank god I did it previous week with all of my 40ish characters. I knew they are going to nerf it…
I picked it up earlier on an alt that didn’t do it last week.
That doesn’t make a difference, characters that didn’t do it last week are still able to get the quest this week.

Yes it seems you get thé bonus only once per character for the entire event but you get 500 each and you have time to do it on every single alt.
I believe each of the other TW event that occurs during anniversary will give its own bonus (but maybe limited to 200 for alts).
Got 500 badges today on a character that did TW this week, but didn’t receive on Wednesday/Thursday.
