Not receiving any reputation for silvermoon while doing shadowlands dungeons

if you can see my profile i have been stuck on 4.4 k reputation for silvermoon since i entered the shadowlands dungeons . is this normal ? i am wearing silvermoon tabard . should i report it as bug or am i dong something wrong in game ? also if shadowlands dungeons dont give reputation then what will be the path to revered repuattion ?

Pretty sure they only work in Azeroth and you are not in ‘Azeroth any more’

I thought you only got rep from the TBC heroics with tabards? And Cata dungeons (normal or heroic).

Run:
Sethek Halls for the Raven Lord mount.
Magister’s Terrace for sunstrider mount.
Stonecore for Stone Drake mount.
Vortex Pinacle for North Wind Drake mount.

or just Botanica for pure rep.

so what other sources can i get the reputation now for silvermoon ? do quests in blood elf starting area and outland or whatever its called ?

Spam Mechanar. seems to be the go to way. It is what I did

You do maybe get a lockout after many dungeons, I got that. But then you wait a while and begin again. Have fun.

You also get rep with the wotlk factions through a tabard. The main city reputations are affected by tabards that were introduced in cataclysm (for example my equipped bilgewater tabard)

Not only silvermoon , but all classic faction reputations can be gained with buying their tabard and doing burning crusade dungeons with them , fastest one that you can spam in normal is the botanica afaik

I believe (from here, Reddit and wowhead guides) that mechanar is faster but botanica I’m sure is viable and for sanity’s sake it’s nice to mix it up when grinding.

I enjoy The Ramparts myself. But I suppose any dundeon with an easy exit point is good for this. And remember to check the vendor as you might be able to pick up some nice old transmogs as well from this. :slight_smile:

But if you do any old low level dungeon on your own and one shot everything you get rep. I just took my Level 57 into the Sunken Temple with my Darkspear Trolls tabard on as I have the rest and I was getting rep killing everything. I am 6330 and honored . The heritage armor was a quest for me and it can be transmog applied to other chars.

The other thing to remember is that prior to 50 you have to switch off Chromie time to make sure you can lock the low level dungeons or else they scale.

I got my rep done from Pit of Saron and Forge of Souls HC while farming for a battered hilt. But TBC and Cata dungeons work as well. :grin:

Don’t bother with SL.

got my blood elf heritage armor . feeling very happy. ty to all who guided me to get it the easy way and earn reputation .
