Hello, I’ve just leveled this character to 50 and hit exalted with Stormwind, but I am not receiving the quest for the heritage armor. I’ve tried relogging, /reload-ing, restarting the game, etc. I also tried going to the NPC which should give you the quest by the Stormwind Embassy, but it’s not even there. I can’t find Shaw behind Stormwind Keep either. Any tips?
Is Master Matthias Shaw in the SI:7 headquarters? Can you get the quest from him?
He’s there, but he’s not offering any quests.

Tried that as well, didn’t help unfortunately.
Maybe try the solution suggested here:

The quest is given by Spymaster at first, but later it can change to Agent Render near the embassy, so make sure to take the quest from him, not Spymaster.
