I bought for my leatherworker patterns for Notorious Combatant’s items from Crafticus Mindbender in Nazjatar. But they are rank 2 and rank 3. Where can i find the rank 1s?

Learn them from trainer in Boralus or Nazjatar. I believe you need 165 LW skill to be able to learn them.
