What?! In the scenario I described it literally does it to itself, there’s no other way to react, and it’s instant from angry/careless bird to dead bird in a single second.
That hardly qualifies as animal cruelty?

I just want a low fantasy month at least once in a year. I hate that whimsical designs take over basically most months.
Not for me but my dark ranger will be happy to get the Sylvanas get up.
For those lacking the TCG Magic Rooster mount this’ll be a decent substitute.

I mean… You don’t get much more ‘low fantasy’ than this, honestly.
- 2 Medieval villager sets.
- Various other low fantasy transmog items
- Dark Ranger set returns
- Gladiator set returns.
The weapons are mostly whimsical, sure (even though a few make sense from the villager perspective).
The mount is a joke, sure.
But… Overal this is exactly what you mentioned: A low fantasy month. 
If you meant a ‘non thematic’ month, well yeah… I agree. Some more general stuff would be nice. We don’t need christmas stuff every december, we don’t need thanksgiving stuff every november (there’s loads of non american WoW players, Blizzard).
But honestly, even then, this month has several things that can serve a more general use just fine.
Okay I probably just didn’t formulate it the right way: low fantasy medieval sets and weapons (which are in the game btw but they don’t release them) not tied to wimsical themes and holidays.

But then my arguments still stand.
This month offers a fair amount of exactly that kind of stuff; far more than the last few months, for example.
I love the rewards, unfortunately, I won’t have enough Tender to buy everything I would like, but I will still grab what I can.

Just checked this out and it’s the worst one yet. Grabbed the mount and nothing more. All the mogs are terrible. Another 4 weeks until I hope something decent returns or is added
