And that sucks… Right behind you on that one. But are we as horde so desperate we are going to start calling Sylvanas and gallywix and other evil characters good guys to survive?
I am more in the ‘‘lets make the alliance the bad guys for a change’’ boat.
To be honest, Saurfang and Vol’jin were well written, their death only added to their status. I expect Sylvanas to come back in Midnight with a great redemption arc, or at least I hope so, she was my favourite character, sadly she got screentime but suffered from the badly written Shadowlands.
I had to laugh a lil bit when the disc quest showed Azeroth was in a Titan prison, made me think back to ‘This world is a prison’.
Just for expectations, I think there is going to be some complex story writing in terms Void vs Light and that will cross both Horde and Alliance. But for the trilogy, I don’t expect the focus to be on characters based on being horde or alliance, since the titans are shown to be the bad till now. Probably have to wait till after The Last Titan, what they will focus on.
I just think that after the alliance had Arthas and Illadan on the alliance side and the last Horde characters we moved on from that faction baddies view, together with the focus of the trilogy being on the titans and void and light it goes that way.
Besides that Midnight takes place in Quel’danas so that will also be interesting.
