While I do not like how the Horde Leadership is honestly killed off like flies. Gallywix is the one guy, I have been wanting to smack in the face for sooo long.
However, I don’t hope we kill him. He is the richest goblin in the world, so hopefully he has learned from his mistakes and gotten an Escape Pod himself
Possibly one with Dimensional Shifting capabilities, after making deals with the ethereals in Tazavesh.
Shees, now an old character finally gets screentime and it is again not fine :D. Jokes aside, Sylvanas will probably come back in Midnight with a great redemption arc. So the tribalism people will be happy, just wait a lil.
Someone needs to die, cause someone from my own tribe died. Interesting take, definitely not one I support myself, but interesting.
Alliance heroes never die.
Factually incorrect, Varian. But, please continue your inconsistent rant, it is quite enjoyable.
Do you want me to get out the list of how many orginal Horde leaders were killed during WOW alone if we put everyone together? I can assure it is alot of names.
I do not care for the tribalism you present. We are getting a whole patch 11.1, that is all about the Goblin Cartels that are aligned with the horde if you really want to go that route.
Alleria is technically a blood elf, but due to love is aligned with Alliance, still a horde character. So keep going eye for an eye all you like, or that horde is not enough shown. I just think your argument falls flat.
Honestly think we will. He’s never exactly been a relevant char bar the cata starter zones and bfa briefly where he sided with the traitors. Good riddance imo
Saurfang
Cairne
Garrosh
Voljin
If we’re talking actual leaders not major characters
Alleria is an alliance character. So you are wrong.
The Horde lost more in both no matter how you try to twist it. For some reason Blizzard loves to kill any Horde NPC they can find.
Wow, you guys are nerds. I’d say get a life, but this seems to be your life haha
Anyway, the Alliance lost Varian - and if you compare it to real life conflicts and their skewed life value ratios (e.g. around 1200 Israelis vs 45k+ Arabs), then his death + that of the Nightelf World Tree would kinda need all Horde leaders (except Thrall) to die and would still not be enough - Horde are the meanies after all
“You guys need to get a life”
“Let me explain how wow is like real life”
You could have made that example… Without bringing in that real life example into this nerd conversastion.
Because alliance totally didn’t lose Varian?
Oh, I forgot; you only deal in absolutes.

Aaaahw, all this conflicting faction stuff. I would almost care about it
This tribalism view on factions is just simplistic, for me I don’t care about it, what I do care about is a well written complex character, doesn’t matter the faction, race or gender.
And a while ago, it was decided that stories are at least shown differently, we follow several characters, not just the factions anymore. Now hopefully Metzen follows it up with stronger written characters, and we all good.

tBH i agree here, blizz went too far by making Horde look like a bunch of loosers. Orgrimmar siege, chief betrayals, Thrall who doesn’t care about horde since whatever expansion. Because of this we have a huge disbalance in factions representations. No wonder why we have more and more players playing alliance which is much better represented in allmost all expansions. Blizz shall balance between both factions and it’s time to show horde and strong and bad guys who conquers everything they see as it should be since orcs came from Draenor instead of showing Horde as a bunch of loosers who doesn’t know what to do and being unlucky with allmost all leaders in it

Finally someone understands.
I mean… Its completely valid to not want the horde to be a bunch of loosers. And not be the villains at the same time also.
I am more upset that the horde is constantly is made the bad guys and antagonists than anything. And that Horde leaders are used for the villain plot.
I think that kills horde leaders more than anything.
Saurfang, Vol’jin and Cairne were not evil yet they got killed.
