Now WoW doesn’t start anymore (second thread)

Zmeulzmeilor started this topic, by saying:
“Hi folks, now any version of the game doesn’t start anymore when I press play, they start all of them at once later and I get an error message. Can you help me please?”

This issue still presists, yet no answer from Blizzard what is going on or anything, I did all the tipps and tricks, stil can’t play the game I palyed for, any updates ?

Thank you,
Cheers,

Have you tried the repair tool or maybe just re-install ?

…aye it’s back again, left it for a good 10 minutes and then it started to work - flagged in the technical forum thread :+1:

Ironically I have not faced this problem in the last 3 days or so since it has been reported.

I have a Intel CPU and Intel GPU so I’m guessing it isn’t effected by the bug that is causing it

they have an open thread about this in Technical Support

Blizz is aware of the issue

Still happening. Took me a good half an hour to just get into the game

Yes, the problem still exists.

  1. Close all WoW related tasks in the Task Manager.
  2. Scan and Repair.

Let’s hope they will fix it fast.

Stop starting new threads and use the Technical Support one instead like Blizz instructed:

Same. 10 minutes till launch. Was talking to a friend last night and he is having the same problem.

Won`t…I mean it did for 1! start…I left the computer for a few hours and after that it was 5-10 minutes again…The dx11 extra command line did not work at all

Same thing to me. I have Intel CPU and Geforce graphic card

If you need anymore info you can call me on my cell phone or email me

Did you turn your computer on and off or restart it? I read it on the tech forums that in that case it reoccurs.

I left my notebook there for a few hours in sleep and WoW started without any issues. But when I turned it off for the night, I had to scan and repair again in the morning.

Please use the relevant support forum when reporting technical issues.

In this case, a thread related to this problem is already available here:
