Now WoW doesn't start anymore

I tried starting a few times thinking I just didnt press play or something.

Took like 5mins until all of my attempts started. Like 5 wow open at the same time. Only one of them logged in, but it did start and log in eventually.

Can’t believe this issue is still ongoing, would have thought they would fix it after the reset. Guess the EU servers and EU customers are not a priority, A simple acknowledgement with a blue post would have shown some effort.

Looks like we have to wait until a major WoW streamer from the U.S talks about this issue. As that is the only time Blizzard makes a rush to fix issues that EU players have.

is it just an EU problem? ofcourse it is as it is the update check on blizzard site that is broken/stuck or overwelmed!.

So I guess a RTX 5080TI with I7 14th is considered old by Blizzard…

this is rediculous a second day of having to scan and repair because of fumblings at blizzard. not even a blue post to cover the issue

I think the main reason is that this doesn’t seem to be broken in US. Quick view to the US forums and could not find a post about this issue.

Relogging the launcher fixed it for me.

The silence confirms their acknowledgement imo.

They wont acknowledge it because then they need to admit there is an issue and need to fix it.

I don’t think specs matter. I’ve seen people with insane NASA grade specs having this issue.

I myself have dang good specs and have to scan and repair every time. Ugh…

I legit re subbed and bought the expansion 2-3 days ago and now like the rest of the people here this sh!t is also happening to me :S

I updated the nvidia driver and now it works properly. I recommend reinstalling the driver if updating doesn’t work.

I just had the same issue. Game would not start on multiple attempts. I used scan and repair option, and after scan cycle ended there was a minor download. Once it was done I was able to get in the game without an issue.
