Hello!
On Argent Dawn server this NPC - Inkeeper Gryshka - not spawning, cannot complete quest at her.
Most likely she was killed by some Alliance PvPer, in which case you just have to wait for her to respawn, or she might possibly be hidden as a result of phasing - Exile’s Reach perhaps? Maybe SL or BFA intros?
Nah, 2 days since not spawn (minimum, I just discovered 2 days ago). I cannot see her with any other max level character too. Hope after weekly maintenance she will appear.
BTW, if join a friend/alt account character what is on other realm the quest can complete, on other realms she is “alive”.
She does appear to be missing on AD as i can’t find her either.
Unfortunately GM’s and customer service reps dont frequent this forum all that much.
You’re better off putting this in the customer support forums, submit a bug or contact blizzard via twitter.

I recall the same thing happening with Innkeeper in Trade District. It was fixed after few days. Maybe she will respawn automatically with the weekly maintenance and reset.
