I’m new at this game.
I’m at the city and don’t know how should I find npcs.
I’m sure there are innkeeper, merchants, vendors, blacksmithes in the city but there are no icons for them in the map. Is there a way to see these npcs on the map? Or i just have to remember all of them, where are they?
Click on the “Magnifier Glas” Icon next to the mimimap. There you can select which NPCs you would like to see.

In addition to what Ludius mentioned, if you talk to a guard they’ll put a marker on your map (zone and mini) of the NPC’s location.
