I am doing loremaster in the new zones. All I am missing is one part called “Grimtusk Hideaway” which is a part of an achievement called “Sojourner of Azure Span” and that is started by guy named Tuskarr Elder, quest name “Riders in the Snow”. Guy named Tuskarr Elder does not appear in the small purple bubble he should appear in. I tried everything and now it is like 3rd day that he is still not there, even after maintenance. I did all quests in the zone. I have an addon for it and its literally like last part of storyline in this zone to get achievement for the whole zone and Loremaster in DF. Also another NPC is missing which is named “Illusory Mage” but I think he is not needed for having an achievement for this zone. He should start quest called “A Minor Setback” and I am unable to see him as well.
Edit: Figured it out, the quest “Riders in the Snow” was already finished, but running a script from wowhead resulted in an answer “false” which stands for character not completing the quest. Second quest after that resulted in an answer “true” that is why it confused both me and the addon. Wowhead does not show entire storyline as a chain quest so I logged onto a different character just to figure out where the quests lead to do it on my main. So this is just a heads up for anyone else who comes across this issue. The first quest started by NPC “Tuskarr Elder” will show that it was not completed even if you did. Illusory Mage is still missing for me tho.
