Null Force Visualizer - rank 4 essence

Hi all

Did anyone got this essence? I’ve already opened a few paragon boxes from rustbolt but no rank 4 inside.
My understanding was that essence were to be a sure thing reward to grind, not a random loot chance.
Am i missing something?

Nope, it has a 1.1% drop chance from the paragon chest according to data uploaded to wowhead by participating players.

Lucky me. Every other essence has a sure source except this one.
