Number pads at profession vendors

Hey, just wanted to ask folks opinions on number pads at vendors. Its quite mad how this still has not been implemented in this day and age and with the amount of materials needed for certain things in War Within now like cooking, you spend a hell of a lot of time either spamming the > arrow to add one at a time or right clicking the item to add one at a time.

Does anyone know if theres an addon out there that can add a number pad to input the number of items you want to buy or would an addon like this not be possible?

I feel Blizzard missed a trick with this feature and really should have been implemented from the start.

Er… you can just click on the number and set the value yourself… o.O
