Low Latency Mode; I cannot enable Nvidia Reflex & Nvidia Reflex+Boost.
I have 4070TI graphic card. I can use Nvidia Reflex on other games like Hogwards Legacy, Witcher 3.
It says, “NVAPI is disabled on Wine.”
It doesn’t make any sense. I’m using Windows 10.

Is Wow set to DX12 mode?
Have you tried disconnecting your secondary monitor (unplugging the cable going into the video card) and rebooting? (as a test of course)
You could try checking the ‘Compatibility’ tab of wow.exe (right click>properties) to make sure you haven’t broken something there.
You could also try disabling Multi-Plane Overlay. Registry file available from Nvidia via a web search.
Do you have some software running that’s hooking into the display chain? Like MSI Afterburner or some overlay or tweaking tool?
found a way to fix that by removing Wine folder from registry:
open regedit → HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software, delete “Wine” folder and reboot your PC
(backup your registry just in case before you make changes)
