Playing WoW smoothly with Nvidias streaming service GeForce NOW. However I heavily rely on addons. Is there any possible way to install add-ons when using the GeForce NOW?

You probably need to contact Nvidia as I doubt Blizzard provides support for third party streaming services.
I’m not sure I understand what you mean. Do you mean WoW addons?
I suspect as you cant access any of the cloudservers folders, you wouldnt be able to copy addon files there to run them. If you could, it would leave doors open for hackers and cheaters and more malicious individuals.
Your best bet is, as Grelier already posted, to ask Nvidia if they can enable addons somehow.

I dont think Nvidia would put up your game, if they wouldnt be allowed to, and we as gamers still need an account with you (or better, just the same account we currently use).
