Ny'alotha and N'ZOTH

So am i right in saying

1. N’zoth true form is what we see at the end of the raid and Ny’alotha is actually a vision from the Old God that actually existed pre Titan and that the gigantic form of N’zoth is his form when that time? So in a sense Ny’alotha no longer exists but N’zoth showed us what willl exist if he returns back to his glory days as a continent sized monstrosity

or

2. Is N’zoth actually that size and Ny’alotha is phased world which N’zoth is attempting to merge into our world, and some how killing that tiny bit of N’zoth within N’zoth is enough to kill N’zoth forever?

Mostly 2 - Ny’alotha is something like the emerald dream , a different realm serving as a blueprint for Azeroth. He is atempting to merge the two realms. He is that big (when unleashed) we fight his brain (or atleast thats how i explain it to myself) which looks exactly like him but samller.
