There seems to be some inconsistency with how alts unlock invasions in Uldum and Vale. Uldum seems to be unlucked for any alt and so the nyalotha raid when it is there, however vale of eternal blossom invasions seems to require alot of work before it unlocks. You need to do the intro into Nazjatar, then do some quests in the chamber of heart, then a scenario in Neltharions Lair, then some more quests in the chamber of heart, then finally turning in a quest near Halls of Origination and finally this will unlock vale invasions and then Nyalotha raid. It takes around 30-45 So its not the worst, would just be nice not having to deal with it since you dont need to do it when nyalotha is in Uldum

Why do you need so many alts for The Waking City?
I completed the raid like 2-3 times and collected all the transmogs almost.
I believe they changed some raids to make it easier to farm transmogs.
Or maybe you’re going after something else?

Agreed. I can’t get to Mechagon or that other place with nagas, even though i spent hundreds of hours there in bfa.

Fair I guess. Prefer other sets personally, plus no class looks.
Any content two or three expansions behind should be easily accessible to alts. No one is going to raid those places unless there is a time walk event, and I am not going to do rep and quests just for the privilege of entering certain areas. At least, back then, those who did got daily engagement with group, meaningful loot and expansion storyline. Nowadays it’s just a very lonely transmog farm, it doesn’t need to be punishing.

He’s one of those guys that thinks he’s special because he played current content random X zone years ago. Reminds me of the allied race drama. Gosh, I did some of the reps the old fashioned way and it was painful. Don’t wish it on anybody.
In fact, gating old content behind pointless grind keeps the world even more dead and scares people from enjoying stuff that is irrelevant to the actual expansion anyway. Nobody wins, really.
