I just want to explain what a convoluted and obnoxious mess this quest is to find and complete just to clear an old raid for transmog and mount content. I have no idea what a new player would make of such a chore but I can imagine turning on another game being the outcome.

blizzard devs every charr is brand new but you’ve already opened it with one but lets not account unlock (reasons i don’t know why)
Recently portals and hearthstones toys aren’t viable either they used to be before this expack but i don’t know blizzard adds an mount farm event but don’t care for unlocking the old content BFA portals to old raids / zones for alts.
brain fart event.
they said they would make everything unlockable account wide but backed down on the their promise.
who wants to unlock legion dalaran or shadowlands or BFA raids for a 2nd 10th time when you have already done it once.
another reason to stay unsubbed until season 3
This kind of phasing unlock needs to go.
