Downed yesterday finally HC N’Zoth super happy with loot and the completion for the mount, BUT… no achievment was awarded upon the kill. And today is reset day and everyone is asking AOTC …
Take note each person should INDIVIDUALLY make a ticket. Still bugged though.

Hi there, thanks for the info. In first reaction I did in fact made a ticket. However 2 days later i still haven’t received an answer. To be fair, this is not an amount of time people should wait for an answer on a monthly subscribed game.
From what ive heard the ticket times are like 10 days now i think? But considering the amount of bugs this patch has theres a huge amount of tickets xD
But once its answered you should be able to get the achievement 
hopefully xD
There should be an average time on your ticket, you can see it in game.

Had the same problem 2 weeks ago when me and my guild downed him on heroic.
The answer we got is that while they know about this issue and trying to fix it they cant give out the achivement because that goes against their policy (somehow), got the achivement om the 2nd kill so it works sometimes

It is a SFA that acknowledges that it is a bug and that a ticket should sort it out.
